Mirror support

For help with Mirror, email hello@psychiatry.ink. Tell us which device and app version you use and what happened. Please do not include passwords or private journal content.

Privacy and account requests

Email data-protection@psychiatry.ink with “Mirror” in the subject for account deletion, data access or other privacy requests. Use the address associated with your Mirror account when possible. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.

Account closure requests cover your Mirror sign-in and cloud journal data, including uploaded media, conversations, reflections and memories. Device-only copies on your other devices need to be removed there. We will explain any retention required by law and applicable backup limitations when handling your request.

Before removing data

If you want to keep your journal, use Settings → Export my journal first. This export contains text, transcripts and attachment references; save your original photos, audio and videos separately.
